Keystone's Custom designed and built Hydraulic Presses are heavy duty machines for Industrial applications. We work with your specifications, tooling sizes, tonnage and cycle requirements to provide a press to meet your manufacturing needs.  We provide the PLC's, Hydraulic and Electrical Components you use as standards in your Plant.  All presses are designed with Operator safety as a principal concern.

• Horizontal Presses featuring hydraulic parts shuttle systems with harmonic motion allow loading of workpiece either robotically or manually from outside the press.  Gravity assists in scrap removal in trimming applications.
• Downstroke Presses - Traditional designs for trimming, coining, pressing, blanking, etc.
• Upstroke Presses - a Keystone exclusive and one of the safest presses in any Industry.  The concept is simple, the moving platen is powered upward to close on the workpiece.  In the event of a hydraulic or electrical failure, the platen simply drops to the open position and cannot close on the Operator.

Keystone's presses are stand alone machines, and can be integrated into complete workcells or manufacturing lines.  Parts loaders and unloaders, Tooling and Support Equipment are available.
